About the Heritage Family Room
This is our biggest matheran room and this room is designed for five to six people. who do not want to split in two rooms. Grandparents, parents and children in one space or two couples travelling together who would rather share an evening than shout through a wall.
This room is in the hotel's oldest section and has more floor area than any other Westernd hotel room in Matheran with multiple beds that can be arranged so the room still works as a room once and has enough space for everyone's luggage to open with Air conditioning, an attached bathroom with hot water, a television and a tea/coffee maker are all standard.
The one thing we honestly tell you is that there is a single bathroom. For five or six people getting ready at the same time in the morning, that is the real constraint — not the beds. Most of the family adjust easily by staggering. But it's better to know about this now than at seven on the first morning.

Five to six people live together in this room, which means two couples with their children stay easily in his multiple bed room. This room is the biggest matheran room in the westened matheran hotel and it is a good choice for two couples who live together and want to stay at one peak.
It is cheaper than purchasing two separate matheran rooms but there is a gap between the season and meal plan. Send your date on whatsapp and we will tell you both options side by side so you can compare properly.
It has an attached bathroom which is shared by all six people so confirm this before you book the matheran room. If that is a problem, so you can take two connected rooms may suit it better and we can do what we can provide.
Yes, simple decoration, cake cutting and grouped dinner will be allowed in the matheran room so confirm it on the table desk.Tell us at least one day ahead so will arrange a kitchen plan for it.
