A package is worth taking when it saves you from arranging things one at a time at the hotel — a cake, a table by the pool, meals for a group of twelve. It is not worth taking if you only want the room. We will tell you which situation you are in rather than push the package.

Matheran has one property of a corporate offsite that no city venue can match: nobody can drive away. There are no cars on the hill at all, so once the team is up here, they are here. It changes how an offsite actually runs.
We have a conference room on the property, along with rooms across categories, a kitchen that can run a fixed menu for a group, and open ground for evening activities and a campfire. GST invoicing is standard.

Package rates depend on your dates, the room category and the number of guests, so we quote each one individually rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong for most people. Tell us which package interests you and your dates, and you will have the full cost with inclusions on WhatsApp.

Yes. We have a conference room and can take groups across multiple rooms, with meals on a fixed menu and a GST invoice for the company. Send the team size, dates and whether you need the conference room for full days or half days.
It depends on whether you want the extras. If a candlelight dinner, flower decoration and a cake matter to you, the package is simpler and usually cheaper than adding them one by one at the hotel. If they do not, book the Luxury Room on its own — we will say so if that is the better call for you.
For long weekends, Diwali, Christmas and New Year, several weeks. Anything involving the conference room or multiple rooms held together also needs notice. Midweek in the monsoon, a few days is usually enough.
